fa بررسی نقش انسجام اجتماعی در توسعه اقتصادی پژوهشي Research انسجام اجتماعی شکلی از ارتباط است که نشان می‌دهد افراد، نهادها، سازمان‌ها و گروه‌های مختلف اجرایی در سطوح مختلف، قابلیت همکاری با یکدیگر را دارند، به قوانین موجود احترام می‌گذارند و تصمیم‌های راهبردی دولت، همواره به صورت پیش‌فرض، برگرفته از ذهن مردم و تجلی یافته در باورها و نهادهای مردمی است که چنین وضعیتی، توزیع برابر فرصت‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی و واگذاری بخشی از تصمیم‌گیری‌ها را به آحاد جامعه ایجاب می‌کند. بر اساس رویکرد نهادگرایان، تفاوت میزان انسجام اجتماعی، مهم‌ترین دلیل عملکرد متفاوت کشورها در خلق نهادهای کارآمد و دست‌یابی به توسعه اقتصادی محسوب می‌گردد. در پژوهش حاضر، شاخص انسجام اجتماعی در 82 کشور منتخب توسعه‌یافته و در حال توسعه، با استفاده از سرمایه اجتماعی و توزیع فرصت‌ها محاسبه شده و سپس اثر انسجام اجتماعی بر توسعه اقتصادی، برآورد گردیده است. برای رتبه بندی توسعه اقتصادی، از رهیاف تاکسونومی عددی و برای برآورد اثر انسجام اقتصادی بر توسعه اقتصادی از رگرسیون داده‌های مقطعی استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر اثر مثبت و معنادار انسجام اجتماعی بر توسعه اقتصادی است. Social cohesion is a type of relation that shows individuals, institutions, organizations and various executive groups in different levels are capable of working together, respect each other’s rules and the strategic decisions of the government are presupposed to be adopted from public opinion. Such a situation paves the ground for equal distribution of socio-economic, political opportunities as well as handing parts of decision-makings over to the society. According to institutional approach, different degrees of social cohesion mainly accounts for various achievements of different countries in establishing efficient institutions and gaining economic development. This study firstly calculates the social cohesion indicator in 82 selected developed and developing countries through the use of “social capital” and “distribution of opportunities” and then tries to estimate the effect of the social cohesion on economic development. Numeral taxonomy approach is used for economic development ranking while cross-sectional data regression is applied to estimate the effect of social cohesion on economic development.
