با توجه به حضور منابع انسانی در تمامی بخش ‏های سازمان، ریسک ‏های مرتبط با منابع انسانی نیز می‏ تواند در تمامی فعالیت‏ سازمانی تسری پیدا کند و اجرای برنامه ‏ریزی‏ های انجام ‏شده سازمان را با اخلال مواجه سازد. بر اساس این و با توجه به خلأ موجود در حوزه ریسک منابع انسانی، هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویت‏ بندی ریسک ‏های منابع انسانی در صنعت بیمه ایران است. با مطالعه نظام‏مند ادبیات و دستیابی به 59 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع و مصاحبه با 15 نفر از خبرگان صنعت بیمه ایران نسبت به شناسایی و غربال‏گری و اولویت‏ بندی ریسک ‏های منابع انسانی با بهره‏ گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون، دلفی فازی، و تحلیل شبکه ‏ای اقدام شده است. بر اساس یافته ‏ها، ریسک‏ های منابع انسانی صنعت بیمه ایران را می ‏توان شامل ریسک‏ های جذب و استخدام، ریسک ‏های جبران خدمات خدمات، ریسک‏ های آموزش، ریسک ‏های ارزیابی عملکرد، و ریسک ‏های غیرکارکردی منابع انسانی قلمداد نمود که در این بین اهمیت ریسک‏ های جذب و استخدام نسبت به سایر ریسک ‏ها بیش‏تر است. بر اساس این، جذب و استخدام منابع انسانی مناسب زمینه ‏ساز ارتقای صنعت بیمه خواهد بود.
