fa تأثیر افزایش مخارج جاری دولت بر رشد اقتصادی کشور در یک مدل اقتصادی ساده كاربردي Applicable <p style=DIRECTION: rtl align=justify>در این مقاله رابطه رشد درآمد ملی با مخارج جاری بودجهعمومی، که تحت تأثیر پرداخت‌های انتقالی دولت متشکل ازیارانه کالاهای اساسی افزایش پیدا می‌کند، بررسی شده است. در این بررسی از یک مدل دو بخشی پویا که با توجه به ویژگی‌های ساختار اقتصادی کشور طرح شده، استفاده شده است. حل مدل از طریق به دست آوردن معادلات تقلیل یافته برای متغیرهای مهم مدل مانند Y (تولید)، I (سرمایه‌گذاری) و LD (تقاضا برای نیروی کار) نشان می‌دهد که در شرایط مفروض مدل اقتصادی افزایش بودجه جاری GC موجب کاهش تولید، سرمایه‌گذاری و تقاضا برای نیروی کار می‌شود. از آنجا که این روند طی سه دهه گذشته ادامه داشته است، نتایج این بررسی اجمالاً به ضرورت تجدیدنظر در نحوه ارائه یارانه‌ها و هدفمندکردن آن برای انتقال کمک‌ها صرفاً به خانوارهای کم درآمد و سوق منابع مالی کشور به سرمایه‌گذاری اشاره می‌کند. این موضوع به خصوص با تأکید برنامه چهارم توسعه به رشد سریع اقتصادی و کاهش بیکاری در کشور، اهمیت بیشتری می‌یابد. </p> This paper tries to survey the relationship between national revenue growth with the governments current expenditure, which increases under the effect of the governments transfer payments composed of basic goods subsidies. The paper uses a dynamic two-sector equation that was formulated according to Irans economic structure characteristics. The solution of the model by way of reduced form equations for the important variables of the model such as Y (production), I (investment), and LD (demand for labor force) show that in the hypothesized situation of the economic model, the increase of the GC current budget leads to the decrease in production, investment, and labor demand. As this trend has been continuing during the past three decades, the results of this survey briefly express the necessity of revision in the methods of distributing subsidies and making them target-oriented with the aim of transferring them to low-income households and directing the financial resources of the country to investment.
