fa بررسی ارتباط ساختار بازار محصول و شدت انعطاف پذیری در بازار کار (مطالعه موردی صنایع کارخانه ای ایران) كاربردي Applicable با توجه به اهمیت بازار کار در اقتصاد ایران و حاکم بودن عدم تعادل در این بازار، در این مقاله میزان انعطاف ناپذیری نیروی کار در بازار کار با توجه به ویژگیهای این بازار و ساختار بازار محصول بررسی شده است. مبنای نظری این مقاله مبتنی بر رویکرد (2008) Aghion et al. و (2000) Fedderke et al. بوده و حوزه مطالعاتی این تحقیق صنایع کد دو رقمی ISIC در طی سال های 1374 تا 1387 می باشد. یافته های تحقیق، موید ساختار رقابت ناقص در بازار محصولات کارخانه ای ایران است، به گونه ای که در بیش از 50 درصد صنایع، قدرت انحصاری حاکم بوده و شکاف معنی دار بین قیمت و هزینه نهایی وجود دارد. همچنین یافته های تحقیق جاری بیانگر آن است که در صنایع «بازیافت»، «تولید کک و فرآورده های حاصل از نفت و سوخت هسته ای»، «ماشین آلات اداری و حسابداری»، «تولید چوب و محصولات چوبی»، «ساخت کالا از نی و مواد حصیری»، «ساخت فلزات اساسی» و «انتشار، چاپ و تکثیر رسانه های ضبط شده»، بیشترین انعطاف ناپذیری در بازار نیروی کار وجود دارد. Given the importance of labor market in Iranian economy and considering this market is suffering from disequilibrium circumstances, this paper attempts to examine the level of labor rigidity according to the labor market characteristics and product market structure. The theoretical literature of our study is based on the approaches of Aghion et al. (2008) and Fedderke et al. (2000), applied to the 2-digit level ISIC code industries within 1995-2008. The findings imply the dominance of imperfect competition structure in the product market, in a way that induces a significant gap between the price and the final costs in over 50 percent of industries.
