fa تعیین بخش‌های پیشران اقتصادی استان کرمانشاه با رویکرد جدول داده ستانده منطقه‌ای و بر مبنای شاخص MFLQ توسعه اقتصادی، اقتصاد منطقه ای و رشد economic development, regional economics and growth كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">تخصیص منابع محدود اقتصادی، به &shy;ویژه در مناطق کم</span><span lang="AR-SA">&lrm;تر توسعه &lrm;یافته که با کمبود نسبی امکانات تولید مواجه هستند، به عنوان هدف کلی، باعث شده که راهبرد رشدِ نامتعادل در مقابل راهبرد رشدِ متعادل تعریف و به کار گرفته شود. </span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">یکی از روش‌هایی که توسط اقتصاددانان برای تحلیل‌های منطقه‌ای و بین&rlm; منطقه‌ای استفاده می‌شود، تکنیک داده-ستانده است. استفاده از الگوهای داده-ستانده نیازمند دسترسی به جدول داده-ستانده در سطح منطقه است؛ و برتری تکنیک داده-ستانده این است که تهیه این جدول برای یک سال امکان استفاده از آن را در برنامه</span><span lang="AR-SA">&lrm;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">ریزی&shy; های میان&shy; مدت و کوتاه‌مدت طی دست</span><span lang="AR-SA">&lrm;کم سه تا پنج سال بدون نگرانی فراهم می&shy; کند. </span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">در این پژوهش، تلاش می</span><span lang="FA">&lrm;شود که با استفاده از داده &shy;های تولید و ارزش افزوده بخش&shy; های اقتصادی استان کرمانشاه بر اساس جدول داده-ستانده ملّی و تبدیل ضرایب آن به ضرایب منطقه &shy;ای، پیوندهای پسین و پیشین بین بخش &shy;ها و همچنین بخش&shy; های پیشران اقتصادی، با توجه به شاخص هیرشمن-راسمونسن، شناسایی شوند.</span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <pre style="text-align:justify"> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span lang="EN">The allocation of limited economic resources, especially in the Less developed regions that face a relative lack of production facilities, has caused the unbalanced growth strategy to be defined and applied instead of a balanced growth strategy. One of the methods used by economists for regional and inter-regional analysis is the Input-Output approach, which has been well-received by regional planners. The use of Input-Output templates requires access to the Input-Output table at the regional level; and the superiority of the Input-Output technique is that the preparation of this table for one year provides the possibility of using it for medium-term and short-term planning for at least three to five years.
