fa بررسی آثار سیاست مالی بر سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی در ایران كاربردي Applicable <p style=DIRECTION: rtl align=justify>رابطۀ بین عملکرد بخش دولتی و بخش خصوصی، یکی از بحث‌های مهم در اقتصاد کلان است. در این مقاله تلاش شده است تأثیر سیاست‌های مالی دولت بر سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی در ایران بررسی شود. سیاست‌های مالی دولت، شامل تغییر درآمدها و مخارج دولت می‌شود و در واقع، هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی میزان و نحوه تأثیرگذاری درآمدها و مخارج دولت بر عملکرد سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی است. نتایج حاصل از تخمین مدل ارائه شده نشان می‌دهد که درآمدهای مالیاتی دولت، اثر منفی و درآمدهای حاصل از نفت و گاز، اثر مثبت بر سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی دارند. مخارج کل دولت نیز اثر مثبتی بر سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش خصوصی می‌گذارند. روش مورد استفاده برای برآورد تابع سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی ایران، تکنیک حداقل مربعات معمولی (( OLS و دوره مورد مطالعه از سال 1350 تا سال 1384 بوده است. باتوجه به نتایج بدست آمده از تخمین مدل، پیش‌بینی می‌شود که افزایش مخارج دولت در امور زیربنایی و عمومی و کاهش درآمدهای مالیاتی دولت (مالیات‌های اخذ شده از صنایع نوزاد) سبب افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش خصوصی می‌شود. </p> The relationship between the function of the public and private section and exploring this relationship has been a long discussion in macroeconomic. In this paper we attempted to consider the effect of fiscal policies on private section investment in Iran. The fiscal policies include a change in the government’s income and spending, In fact, the main purpose of this paper is to study the degree and the way in which the government’s income and spending effect the function of macroeconomic in the field of private section investment. The results of the presented estimate model in this article show that government income of Oil and Gas have positive effect and Tax have negative effect, and it’s spending has positive effect on the investment in the private section. And the budget deficit of government encourages investment in the private section. The method used for estimating the function of the private section investment in Iran is the ordinary least square technique. This research is focused on time period from 1350 till 1384.
