fa بررسی اثرات واقعی کردن قیمت حامل‌های انرژی بر جانشینی درون عاملی و درون سوختی در ایران پژوهشي Research چکیده یکی از مسائل مهم در رابطه با ساختار تولید و میزان استفاده از نهاده‌ها، بررسی امکان جانشینی بین نهاده‌هاست. جانشینی انرژی با سایر نهاده‌ها به دلیل ویژگی‌های خاص آن مانند پایان‌پذیری، ایجاد آلودگی و تعلق گرفتن یارانه به انواع حامل های انرژی در ایران، از اهمیت خاصی برخودار است. هدف اصلی مقاله‌ی حاضر بررسی اثرات واقعی‌کردن قیمت حامل‌های انرژی بر جانشینی درون‌عاملی یا درون‌سوختی در ایران می‌باشد. جهت این بررسی ابتدا با استفاده از تابع هزینه‌ی ترانسلوگ و لم شفارد، معادلات سهم عوامل تولید و انواع حامل‌های انرژی محاسبه و سپس اثر واقعی کردن قیمت حامل‌های انرژی بر جانشینی درون‌عاملی یا درون سوختی با استفاده از روش یوهانسن-یوسیلیوس برآورد گردید. نتایج اصلی حاکی از آن است که، واقعی کردن قیمت انرژی باعث می‌شود که نیروی کار مکمل انرژی شود. به عبارت بهتر با تکنولوژی موجود واقعی کردن قیمت‌ حامل‌های انرژی موجب مکمل شدن نیروی کار با انرژی شده و کاهش مصرف انرژی باعث افزایش بیکاری می‌شود. واقعی کردن قیمت‌های باعث جانشینی ضعیف بین انرژی با سرمایه می‌شود همچنین گاز به این علت که سوخت پاک‌تر ومدرن‌تری نسبت به نفت کوره است جانشین نفت کوره می‌شود. از طرفی چون ارزش حرارتی نفت کوره از گاز بیشتر است در برخی موارد جانشین گاز می‌شود. برق جانشین زغال‌سنگ است چرا که نسبت به زغال‌سنگ پاک‌تر و مدرن‌تر است و همراه با تکنولوژی مصرف آن افزایش می‌یابد. Abstract One of the important issues related to the production and use of inputs, is the Study of the possibility of substitution between inputs. Substitution of energy with other inputs due to its special features such as, finitude, abundance and the accrue of subsidies to energy carriers in Iran, is important. The main purpose of the present paper, is the Study of the effects of Realizing the price of energy carriers on interfactor or interfuel substitution in Iran. To do the Study, using the translog cost function and shfard lemma, first, factor and energy carriers share equations were calculated and then the effects of Realizing the price of energy carriers on interfactor or interfuel substitution within of the johansen – juselius cointegration test in the long run were estimated. The main results suggest is that the Realizing the price of energy causes that the Complementaring labor with energy. That can be said in the its explanation, the labor productivity isn’t so high in Iran, that it can reduce energy consumption through replacement energy. In other words, with available technologies the actualizing the price of energy carriers lead to Complementaring labor with energy and reducing energy consumption will increase unemployment. Realizing the price of energy lead to the weak substitution between the energy and capital. Also, because gas is a cleaner and modern fuel than kerosene, be is substitution kerosene.
