The Journal of Planning and Budgeting is an open access peer-reviewed journal for scholarship. It is published quarterly both electronically and in print by Institute for Management and Planning Studies, Iran. Its publication has started since 1996.
The Journal of Planning and Budgeting is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC- By 4.0). Licensees may copy, distribute, display and make derivative works only if they cite the original published articles.
The Journal of Planning and Budgeting is accredited as Research-based according to the letter No. 159109 of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, dated November 07, 2011. Publication in this journal is accounted for the promotion of faculty members.

Repository Policy

Journal of Planning and Budgeting allows authors to use the final published version of the article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving (author's personal website) and/or archiving in an institutional repository (on a non-profit server) without any embargo.

The published source must be acknowledged and a link to the journal home page or articles' DOI must be set.

Authors MAY NOT self-archive their articles in commercial based repositories.
