چکیده:   (90 مشاهده)
توسعه انسانی یکی از مباحث جدید اقتصاد توسعه تلقی می‌شود که از دهه 90 میلادی مورد توجه جدی قرار گرفته است. در این رویکرد، برخورداری انسان از زندگی طولانی و سالم، تحصیل و کسب دانش و دسترسی به منابع لازم برای تحقق ظرفیت‌ها، هدف نهایی توسعه است. با این حال، نوسانات متغیرهای اقتصادی می‌تواند روی توسعه انسانی اثرات نامطلوب فراوانی بگذارد که بررسی آنها امری ضروری است. از این رو، هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثرات شوک‌های اقتصادی بر شاخص توسعه انسانی استان‌های ایران می‌باشد. بدین منظور برای بررسی اثرات شوک‌های اقتصادی از مدل بیزین پنل ور(Bayesian Panel VAR) در نرم‌افزار متلب طی بازه زمانی 2022-۱۹۹۵ بهره گرفته شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که شوک نرخ تورم، نرخ ارز و ضریب جینی اثر منفی و رشد اقتصادی  و درآمد خانوار اثر مثبتی بر شاخص توسعه انسانی استان‌ها دارند. نتایج به دست آمده برای تمامی استان‌ها معنادار به دست آمد. همچنین نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که پس از 20 دوره، در تمامی استان‌ها(بجز ایلام) تورم و یا ضریب جینی بیشترین تاثیر(به استثنای اثر خود متغیر) و درآمد خانوار در تمامی استان‌ها(بجز خراسان جنوبی، خراسان رضوی و خراسان شمالی) کمترین اثر را روی شاخص توسعه انسانی بجای گذاشته‌اند.
